Artwork Guidelines:

**Please prepare your graphics for sheet printing, sheet dimensions are 16" x 20"  - Artwork must be .png with transparent background at minimum 300dpi resolution. We are not responsible for any misprints due to incorrect formatting of artwork or incorrect resolution. What you see is what we print!

 

Affixation Guidelines:

Press Temperature - set to 280-330F 
Pressure - Medium
Duration - 8-25 sec depending on material **(some materials may require double press to prevent scorching or ghosting)

1. Garments such as cotton, wool, hemp, and other organic materials may require pre-pressing to remove moisture from garment for best results.

2. Apply film to garment or material with ink side down towards garment and film side up. Cover with butcher blowuout paper or other heat safe paper.

3. Press to garment or material with medium pressure for 8-15 seconds (you will need to experiment with your specific press)

4. Use a heat safe pad or dry sponge to vigoursly rub the film and help affix the adhesive to the garment or material.

5. Carefully peel film from garment or material (works best to start from a corner and work your way out, starting out you may need to cold peel until you become familiar with hot peeling the film so as not to damage the design)

6. Cover design with butcher blowout paper or other heat safe paper and Re-press garment for 5 sec at medium pressure to remove any residual adhesive, vigoursly rub with dry sponge or heat resistant pad to ensure good adhesion.
